1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across Bangladesh, including all major cities and districts.

2. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days
• Delivery times may vary due to stock availability, public holidays, or unavoidable circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳100 – ৳80 (Depending on product size & weight)
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120 – ৳300 (Courier service rates apply)
• Free delivery may be available on selected products or for bulk orders.

4. Shipping Methods

• Inside Dhaka: Home delivery by our logistics partners.
• Outside Dhaka: Delivered via reputed courier services like Sundarban, SA Paribahan, Pathao, RedX, etc.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
• A confirmation call, SMS, or email will be sent after order placement.
• If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternatives.

6. Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for selected locations.
• Online Payment – bKash

7. Order Tracking

• Customers will receive a tracking ID for courier deliveries.
• Live tracking is available for selected courier services.

8. Failed or Delayed Delivery

• If delivery is delayed, our team will notify you.
• If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt re-delivery or reschedule as per convenience.
• Orders may be canceled if delivery fails after multiple attempts.

9. Inspection & Receiving Guidelines

• Check the package before accepting delivery.
• If any damage is found, refuse the package and contact us immediately.
• If a product is faulty or incorrect, inform us within 24 hours of receiving it.
